Organisational Structure

LCIA India operates under a three-tier structure, comprising the Board of Directors, the Arbitration Court and the Secretariat.

The Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is concerned with the operation and development of LCIA India’s business.

The Board does not have an active role in the administration of dispute resolution procedures. It does, however, maintain a proper interest in the conduct of the LCIA India's administrative function.

The Arbitration Court

The LCIA Court is the final authority for the proper application of the LCIA India Rules. Its key functions include appointing tribunals, determining challenges to arbitrators, and controlling costs.

The Secretariat

The LCIA India Secretariat is responsible for the day-to-day administration of all disputes referred to LCIA India. Headed by a Registrar, the LCIA Secretariat is based at the World Trade Tower in New Delhi.
